We ship from Adelaide, South Australia within 24-72 hours, Monday through Saturday. During holidays, restocks, and new launches, small delays can be expected.

Physical Items: We are unfortunately unable to guarantee change an order once it’s been placed. You are more than welcome to message us — however, due to the volume of orders we process on a daily basis, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to catch your order to change it before it ships out.

Digital Items: We are unfortunately unable to change an order once it's been placed.

Physical Items: You are more than welcome to message us — however, due to the volume of orders we process on a daily basis, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to catch your order to cancel it before it ships out.

Digital Items: Digital Orders can only be refunded if the files have not been downloaded. If they have been downloaded we are unable to cancel and refund order. 

Physical Items: Yes, we can issue you with a credit note to use at a later date, however we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental overspending.

If your item is faulty and you provide photos to us, we can either refund or replace the item for you. 

Digital Items: We are only able to cancel digital orders if the files have not been downloaded.

Yes, we are happy to offer an exchange provided you send the items back to us within 14 days of purchase, and the items are in new condition with original packaging intact;

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. 

All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note, fewer postage costs. 

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
