Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange provided the following conditions are met. All decals must be returned unused and in their original condition including the decal, backing paper, application information and extras. Goods must be received by Decal Depot prior to an exchange being honoured. Return postage costs to be incurred by customer. Decal Depot does not accept responsibility for packages not shipped by us. Email email@example.com prior to returning the goods.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind. In the unlikely event that your order is deemed by Decal Depot to be damaged or defective you will be issued with a replacement or a refund. We will assess every return request on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be exchanged or refunded. Should your item be deemed faulty we will refund you the cost of returning the item(s).
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the alleged damage.
We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
To complete your replacement return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be returned.

Promotions and offers
Gift with purchase, promotional offers and sales are available only during promotional periods and are subject to availability. Promotions and free gifts are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
