Digital Items: Digital Orders can only be refunded if the files have not been downloaded. If they have been downloaded we are unable to cancel and refund order. 

Physical Items: Yes, we can issue you with a credit note to use at a later date, however we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental overspending.

If your item is faulty and you provide photos to us, we can either refund or replace the item for you. 

Digital Items: We are only able to cancel digital orders if the files have not been downloaded.

Yes, we are happy to offer an exchange provided you send the items back to us within 14 days of purchase, and the items are in new condition with original packaging intact;

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. 

All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note, fewer postage costs. 

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Yes, our wall decals are removable from most smooth, painted surfaces. Like all decals the longer they are left on a surface, the more likely they are to do damage when removed. 

We do not recommend applying our decals to rough surfaces such as a concrete or brick wall. 

Our decals are not removable when applied to nitrocellulose paints, fresh screenprint inks, ABS, polystyrene and certain types of PVC.

Our wall decals can last upwards of 2 years in ideal circumstances, like all decals the more they are removed and reapplied the shorter they will last.
